Professional Experience

Jaclyn's practice involves working with individuals, multi-generational families, and small business owners to develop and implement an estate plan that achieves a client's distinctive goals. In addition to utilizing planning techniques that allow clients to fully enjoy their wealth during their lifetime, Jaclyn's practice includes advising and guiding families through the administration of a loved one's estate and addressing any complex estate, trust, probate, and tax matters that may arise in the process. Jaclyn also assists individuals in voluntarily disclosing to the U.S. government previously unreported foreign financial accounts and foreign entities, as well as ensuring future compliance with U.S. tax laws in relation to such accounts and entities.

Jaclyn has worked at Bove & Langa since 2004, first as a paralegal and then as an associate. While working at the firm as a paralegal, Jaclyn successfully pursued her law degree, attending Suffolk University Law School at night.

• Design and implementation of estate plan documents, including trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care proxies, and wills, to ensure the smooth transition of wealth upon death or incapacity
